The Practice
As our patients you have the right to be treated with respect, consideration and understanding by practice staff. All members of staff are expected to meet high standards of behaviour when dealing with patients and to consider how they would like to be treated if they were in the patient's situation. If you feel that this right is not being observed, then you should let us know by following the Complaints Procedure. Details of the complaints procedure can be found on this site or obtained from reception.
All complaints will be treated seriously and investigated by practice management.
Staff too have rights, including not being subjected to physical, verbal or emotional abuse. The practice is committed to supporting the NHS Policy of Zero Tolerance and patients who use abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff may be removed from the practice list.
