Patients wishing to order repeat prescriptions may do so by one of the following methods:
- Complete the right hand side of your previous prescription, which should have been returned to you when it was dispensed. Please ensure that you tick to indicate which medication(s) you require. Please do not reorder medication that you do not need. Hand or fax the form to your local chemist or reception at one of our surgeries.
- Your local chemist may accept an order by telephone.
- For patients who use the Fillongley Surgery, repeats may be ordered by leaving a message on 024 76 33 9829. This service is only available for patients who regularly use the Fillongley surgery. Other patients wishing to order by telephone should contact their local pharmacy.
Whichever way you chose to order your repeat prescription please allow us two working days to process it.
