Park Leys Medical Practice

Please call 024 76 33 2636 or 024 76 2475 if you would like to consult a doctor or nurse. Practice staff from any of our three sites will answer your calls from 8.30 until 6.00 Monday to Friday. All calls will be handled in the same way, irrespective of which site answers it.

The practice operates a triage system, whereby all patients calling to request an appointment are added to a list for the duty doctor to call back. Quite often the issue is resolved on the phone avoiding the need for the patient to visit the practice.

If an appointment is required than it can be arranged at any site and with any doctor depending on availability. Under normal circumstances, we will see any patient with a clinically agreed need on the same day, but appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance by arrangement with the duty doctor.

Calls received out of hours will be diverted automatically to the Out of Hours service which may also be contacted on 01926 888 026.
